There are 7 areas of life in the Wheel of Life©. When any one of these areas is out of balance other areas also suffer. I was emailed a link to the following TED event with speaker Jamie Oliver. His passion about his current mission is overwhelming and this clip is a must to see! Obesity is a killer and IS preventable. Overeating can be a sign of self-worth issues. Comfort eating and in the influence of dietry additives fed to us by food manufacturers and food outlets are contributing to the premature death of our children and other family members. We get to choose what when and how we eat and I invite you to watch this and consider the choices you make next time you open your mouth to feed your stomache, emotions, desires – and your family.

Balance your life for success in all areas. This is just one way to contribute to your own success. It’s up to you. Care about your body and the people you are responsible for educating. Teach your family to cook fresh healthy food to help them feel better, think better and live better!
