When: Tuesday mornings from 10.00 to 11.30 – from 11.30 to 12 noon you are welcome to saty for herbal tea and conversation. Arriving on time is greatly appreciated to facilitate a speedy process of registration and payment.

What to wear:  Wear comfortable clothing, perhaps loose. Your comfort and well-being is really important during this process.

What to bring: There are chairs supplied and used for the sitting meditation. If you think you may need a cushion for the comfort and support of your back please bring one. There is a creative visulaisation where if you would like to lay on the floor - a yoga mat or towel may be helpful. PLease bring one with you. If you are in the habit of using a journal you may like to bring it with you to write about any thoughts and experiences or answers to your questions for later reference.

What and how to pay: Entry in $20.00 for the session. Those in private consultation can attend for free for the duration of their contract and are encouraged to do so to enhance and add great value to their experience. Payments are accepted at the door – cash only.

Meditation in nature is a beautiful experience

Meditation is being heralded by mystics, scientists and spiritual/religious  leaders as one of the most powerful natural techniques to improve quality of life. There are many methods taught by many different cultures and religious or spiritual practices.

At KISS Principle “keeping it simple” is my way of teaching anyone a basic understanding of this powerful process. There is an 8 page report available to you when you register on the website that goes into greater detail using scientific and medical research showing amazing benefits of a regular and daily meditation practice.

At a KISS Principle meditation group you can experience simple practices including the most basic method of mindfulness and meditation as well as other forms of creative visualisation, passive and active meditations.

I have 15 years experience in facilitating meditation and am happy to answer questions, guide and support you through this simple and powerful practice.

Meditation is most powerful when practices daily and many teachers would promote the habit of practicing twice each day for 20 minutes each time.
